Barcelona vs. Liverpool score: Champions League comeback
“It’s unbelievable, After the game in Spain we were confident that we could score four goals at home and win 4-0. I think people outside didn’t think we could do it but we have shown anything is possible. I was really angry and wanted to show what I could do.” says Liverpool’s super-sub in an interview with BT Sport.
It was viewed as impossible, but the Reds has done it. After losing at Barcelona by three goals in the first leg of the Champions League semifinals, the Reds returned home without Mohamed Salah or Roberto Firmino. Divock Origi and Georginio Wijnaldum both scored twice, with three of Liverpool's goals coming in the second half.
